An Artisan bakery specialising in Sourdough breads, focaccia, baguettes and much more! All of our breads are made by hand, using long fermentation and contain no sugar or fat. We use quality flour and allow our dough to rest for 24 hours before baking. This allows the full flavour of the bread to develop, as well as providing all of the health benefits of sourdough.
