Our Country Sourdough is a blend of wholemeal, rye and white flours, sea salt and our own sourdough starter. Baked in a wooden paniboise box, our small country loaf is less crusty than the boule and smaller. It lasts for up to 4 days or can be frozen either as slices for the toaster or as a whole/half loaf.
