Made on our White Sourdough base (white flour, sea salt and our own sourdough starter), with chopped olives, lemon zest, rosemary and thyme that's then folded into the dough. We bake it loaf style in a wooden panibois box. One of our most popular breads it's delicious all on its own or you can pair it with pasta, dips or most meals really!
