Ashbourne Bakehouse - Red Leicester Sourdough Loaf 1 525 G

Made on our White Sourdough base (white flour, sea salt and our own sourdough starter), with chunks of Red Leicester Cheese from the Hartington Cheese Company folded into the dough that's then baked loaf style in a wooden panibois box. This loaf is great as a snacking bread, made into sandwiches or for adding a bit of cheesy goodness to a bacon sandwich. If you have any left over it also makes delicious beans on toast or garlic bread. So many possibilities!
