The Bristol Loaf is an award-winning, independent, artisan bakery in the heart of St George. We are committed to producing sourdough bread, cakes and beverages of the highest quality, which is why 90% of our bread range is organically certified with Soil Association.
The ethos at The Bristol Loaf reflects a genuine passion for ‘real’ foods. We have chosen to use traditional baking techniques and artisan flour that requires real craftsmanship and know-how, and that does not leave room for shortcuts.
Our dessert counter is filled with many vegan and free-from alternatives. In the early hours we have mountains of pastries, for the early morning risers. The seasonal lunch menu is varied but always fun and packed with big flavours: vegan and veggie options in the shape of Focaccia sandwiches, gluten-free salads, toasties, savoury pastries or a warming soup during the colder time of the year.
