The Roundhouse Community Kitchen - Rich Seasonal Veg Stew (Rm173)

Chunks of locally-grown seasonal vegetables, slow-cooked in their own juices with garlic and rosemary, a little barley and some red adzuki beans. Delicious with crusty bread, cous cous, rice or mash. In response to your feedback, this is intended to be a main meal for two, with you adding your own side dish(es). Made from surplus food by volunteers in our Community Kitchen ♥ Supplied frozen, so you can choose when you want it. (We intentionally keep our dishes low in salt, so they can suit everyone's tastes. Feel free to add more if you like.)
