Wild morel mushroom
Morels are unique with their meaty texture and an earthy and nutty flavour and one of the most desired wild mushrooms in the world.
Foraged not culitivated allows for perfect hand selection by our small team of foragers offering allowing us to offer a locally sourced speciality product.
To cook fresh morels heat pan then add a small knob of butter and a dash of oil. Once the butter is foaming in the pan add the morels and fry for 2 minutes while spooning over the foaming butter, finish with small slices of fresh garlic if desired. Season then serve
