Our Spanish take on our classic scotch egg.
We add smokey Chorizo Rosario to our outdoor bred Scottish pork from Ramsay of Carluke to make this unique flavour. It's then wrapped round a soft yolked egg from Corrie Mains in Ayrshire and coated in panko breadcrumb. This one's a summer time favourite.
Ready to eat cold or can be reheated in oven.
