Loxley's Larder Ltd - Sopressata Salami

Originating in southern Italy, sopressata is so named because it is pressed in the early part of curing. This salami is an all rounder with red wine, ground fennel, smoked paprika and a hint of chilli.

Earlier this year the product was awarded a Gold Medal by British Charcuterie Live - it was described as "superb"
