Loxley's Larder produces charcuterie, that means salami and cured meat.
We produce all our products using traditional curing techniques some of which date back to Roman times. The meat which goes into our charcuterie is sourced from small, local farmers who prioritise animal welfare and quality.
All our charcuterie is gluten free & dairy free .
Opting for the traditional approach does mean that our charcuterie takes longer to make, it also gives time for flavours to develop to give a refined taste.
