Red Wine & Fennel salami is the Loxley's Larder signature salami. It has a delicate but distinctive flavour with the subtle taste of the fennel nestling in the glow of red wine. It is my personal favourite and many have described it as the best salami they have ever tasted!!

Slice it as thin as you can to enjoy it at its best.
