Loxley's Larder Ltd - Coppa - Spicy

This amazing air dried ham is made from the neck muscle of the pig. It is spiced with smoked paprika and a little cayenne pepper then cured & aged for many weeks.
I love the smell of this product when it is ready, the combination of smoked paprika and a slight tingle from the cayenne is fab.

As with all our products, this is made from locally produced pork by farmers who care about welfare and quality.
