This amazing air dried ham is made from the neck muscle of the pig. It is spiced with mace, coriander, black pepper and all spice then cured & aged for many weeks.
I love the smell of this product when it is ready, the combination of the cured meat with the aroma of the spices sets ones tummy rumbling.

As with all our products, this is made from locally produced pork by farmers who care about welfare and quality.
