Curds & Whey - Taleggio

Taleggio is a soft Italian cheese named after the caves of Val Taleggio. It’s one of the oldest soft cheeses produced in every autumn and winter. The washed-rind cheese has been aged in pinewood crates for 50 days to give a lovely nuanced cheese worthy of the best cheese board. A slightly grassy, floral aroma and rich, nutty flavour is brought alive when paired with crisp pears or juicy peaches.
Made from unpasteurised milk using a traditional rennet.
