Curds & Whey - Old Roan (Wensleydale)

This is a raw milk clothbound farmhouse Wensleydale produced in small batches to a slow traditional recipe, aged for 3 - 4 months. This results in a cheese that is smooth and creamy in texture. Made with unpasteurised milk from their happy herd of 100 grass fed cows to give it even greater flavour, with a traditional rennet.
