Curds & Whey - Camembert Calvados

This Camembert is a washed rind cheese, rubbed with salt and regularly washed in calvados. The cheese is then coated in fresh toasted breadcrumbs, which adds a lovely contrast. It has a lovely smell, and its taste is milder, creamier and much more subtle than its smell would suggest.
Made from unpasteurised cow's milk using a traditional rennet.
