A proper, mature farmhouse cheddar with food, fresh vegetables make this a rich and creamy foggy. Made by hand on our farm and cooked slowly to release the flavours. Available in single unit or box of 15 (suitable for home freezing).
Ideal reheated for dinner, or popped into a lunch box to have cold.
What is a Foggy? A foggy is a word we created to describe the unique type of pasty we make at Cinderhill Farm. All the fillings in our foggies are cooked prior to being added into the pastry which means you get a much more rich, intense flavour. The name Foggy represents the Forest of Dean where we are based and our direct border with the Welsh with Oggy being a type of welsh pasty.
Serves: 1 individual c.180g item which can be served whole or sliced to make it go further. Handmade product so size and weight may vary.
