Baladee - Caramelised Carrot Super Hummus

A sophisticated, colourful and warming Super Hummus with hints of smoky sweetness, complemented with zesty lime juice, grilled sweet peppers and nutty tahini.

This Super Dip is packed full with flavoursome goodness. Each tub contains nearly the equivalent of a quarter of a kilo of fresh carrots. That’s much more than the tub’s capacity. It defies logic, but thanks to our slow roasting and caramelisation methods, we are able to produce intense, succulent and deeply flavoursome caramelised carrots which give this dip its unique flavour, texture and goodness.
