Baladee is about telling stories through the rich flavours, delightful aromas, unique texture and vibrant colours of Egyptian food. Every ingredient and method we use in our breads and savouries has lived for thousands of years and travelled across the world, gaining new creative dimensions and flavours. We see the food we produce as living stories. We want to take our customers and readers on a culinary journey full of discovery of new flavours, methods and ingredients.
We are based in Moseley, Birmingham and are looking forward to share Baladee flavours and stories with Moseley, Kings Heath and beyond.
