Local honeys from Tayside and N Fife, straight from the producer. Gavin has around 80 colonies of honey bees on both sides of the Tay estuary, situated in country estates and in odd corners on farms and elsewhere. Each site has the potential to produce different honeys, each with their own flavour and other characteristics depending on the flowers visited. Every effort is made to harvest each one separately so look out for a range that evolves over time.
