We focus on high quality, high welfare meat from our smallholding. We raise rare breed pigs (Large Blacks, and our personal favourites the Iron Age Boar / Mangalitsa crosses). They provide a fantastic meat flavour and with a healthy (but not too much) amount of fat.
Our small flock of Zwarbtles sheep provide rent-a-sheep lawn mowing services - as well as the rams providing a very tasty lean (for lamb) meat which is slightly sweet.
Our poultry flock is mainly for egg laying (we have a lovely selection of rainbow coloured eggs!).
We also make tasty, home-cooked meals using our own ingredients, quiche's, pâté etc.
