September House Smallholding - Smoked Back Bacon

These are made from our own rare breed pigs on our smallholding on the Longleat Estate. Our pigs are slow reared outside and therefore take longer to mature, which results in an enhanced flavour. The marbling of the meat is most noticeable on the chops and the streaky bacon which we have consistently rave reviews about!

*Cold smoked over beach wood chips
