Ridgeway Farm is a family farm in West Wicklow operated by John and Michelle Hourigan where Wagyu cattle are fed grass, olive feed and chocolate to produce premium quality Irish Wagyu beef. We are the only farm in Ireland producing Olive Fed Wagyu renowned for an intense marbled appearance which results in a tender and juicy meat with a distinctive, delicious flavour. Cuts available include prime steaks and gourmet hand-made burgers. Here on Ridgeway Farm we raise our cattle in Wicklow and employ the services of a local craft Butcher. Our Irish Wagyu meat is carefully selected, custom cut and delivered frozen in a temperature-controlled insulated food box with ice packs giving you the option to continue freezing, or to thaw and cook.
