Alyssa Fought was raised in a small farming town in the countryside of Virginia and met her husband in a ski town in the Rocky Mountains. She and her family chose to settle in beautiful West Wicklow after 5 years in London. A common thread that has been treasured throughout her life is small communities and the unique and local foods that unite them. She feels very fortunate to be part of the Grangecon community and appreciates the high quality local and organic foods it shares.
