Pasta Shambala is a small scale artisan pasta shop sharing a space with Small Food Bakery, based within Primary Studios in Nottingham. We make and sell a variety of pastas, colourful, beautiful shapes made with a diversity of wheat varieties. All our pasta is made with flour that is 100% organic, grown and milled locally. Our pasta is bronze die extruded and air dried over three days.
We also sell pasta dinners - a cook at home meal kit for two people with a hand written recipe, pasta sauces and puddings in a jar. Everything we sell is made from scratch in our production kitchen.
Pasta Shambala’s mission is to create and celebrate deliciousness and nourishment, using good ingredients grown by people working in harmony with nature.
