We offer a wide free from range of pyclets and oatcakes with the options of both gluten and dairy free or just gluten free, or just dairy free. Our dairy free products are made with almond milk as standard but we can use Oat, Coconut or Soy milk (just ask).
At Derby Pyclet Parlour while our products are not certified gluten free we take the utmost care in baking, packing and preparing our gluten and dairy free pyclets. All of our gluten and dairy free pyclets are made first thing in the morning after a deep clean including all of our equipment and grills. Our gluten free flour is stored separately and none of our wheat flour boxes are even opened before our gluten free products are safely baked and sealed in packets.
