It's Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know. The Martincigh Family have been making Sauvignon Blanc at their family winery in Fruili, Italy for over a decade. The grapes are harvested from small, sustainable plots dotted in the foothills of the dolomites. After a careful vinification the wines are packaged in eco-friendly bag in box formats to help cut the carbon cost of glass bottles. This unique style of Sauvignon is beautifully delicate with notes of citrus, gooseberry, elderflower and bell peppers. Perfect with prawns. Certified Vegan. - (12% ABV)
