The Fresh Fish Shop Ltd - FISH BOX MEDIUM

Our fish boxes consist of a smaller 'MEDIUM BOX' or our 'LARGE BOX'
The MEDIUM box (5 units) will contain 2x portions of a white fish, 2 portions of oily fish and a cooked ready to eat product for 2 people.
The LARGE box (10 units) will contain 4x portions of white fish, 4 portions of oily fish, 300g fish pie mix and an item from our ready to eat range.

Each week the boxes will contain our catch of the day and could include any of the following:
White fish:
Cod
Hake
Haddock
Plaice
Coley
Whiting

Oily fish:
Salmon
Trout
Mackerel
Sardines

Ready to eat range:
Smoked salmon Trimmings
Dressed crab (3 days shelf life as unpasteurised)
Home made smoked salmon or mackerel pate
Smoked Mackerel peppered or plain
Rollmops
