The Cheese Lady - Tuxford Tebutt Blue Stilton

This cheese has a rich and creamy flavour, and is very palatable. It comes from the the Tuxford & Tebbutt Creamery in the small market town of Melton Mowbray, one of the few places where authentic stilton can originate. At the World Cheese Awards in 2012, Tuxford & Tebbutt Blue Stilton was crowned as the Supreme Champion of the event, taking home a total of five awards.
