The Bittersweet Chocolate Co. - Raspberry And Bergamot Thingymejigs

A truly delicious raspberry flavoured white chocolate. We've added a little organic bergamot oil (used to flavour Earl Grey tea). This is quite a dry flavour which helps to reduce the sense of sweetness of the white chocolate whilst enhancing the tangy flavour of raspberries.
