Sue's Kitchen - Honey Lime Chicken With Mango Chutney

A whole chicken breast is marinated in a mixture of honey, coriander, lime and paprika before it is steamed over fresh mango chutney as it cooks. Once cooked the chicken is sliced and served on a bed of mango chutney with a sprinkle of lime zest and coriander.
It can be served at room temperature with a salad or couscous or reheated and served with rice or vegetables.

No oil or fat is added to this dish during the cooking process
