Straight from the Cow - Raw Clotted Cream

Raw clotted cream from our free range, high welfare dairy cows. Our cows are grass fed and able to freely graze the fields around our farm. Our milk is closely regulated by the Food Standards Agency so we are licenced to sell our milk raw. This means this milk from our farm does not need to be heat treated and is non homogenised and literally is "Straight from the Cow".
Raw cream can be frozen and comes with the following health warning..
“This milk has not been heat-treated and may therefore contain organisms harmful to health. The Food Standards Agency strongly advises that it should not be consumed by children, pregnant women, older people or those who are unwell or have chronic illness."
