Straight from the Cow - Braising Steak

Chunky slices of slow cook steak perfect for braising for a winter warming stew. All beef is cut from well matured, grass fed Hereford beef. Beef comes vacuum packed and fresh. If fresh is unavailable then frozen will be supplied.
