Sarah's Organic Fruit and Veg - Organic Mixed Oyster Mushrooms Grown In Somerset

We have some special produce to introduce you to from the good people at the Bristol Fungarium, offering organic local mushrooms.
Oyster mushrooms - have a slightly chewy texture and are soft with a bittersweet aroma reminiscent of anise. When cooked, they have a mild and nutty, seafood-like flavour.
Please note sometimes these mushrooms are substituted for yellow oyster or brown oyster mushrooms. They still have a fabulous flavour.
