Slow cooked Best British shoulder of Lamb. Absolutely delicious melt in the mouth filling. The shoulder is cooked on the bone for 4 hours under so tender you can cut with a spoon! Cooked in an intensely flavoured gravy, and flavoured with mint for a perfect traditional flavour combo.
You cannot beat this filling! Pastry is flavoured with rosemary to compliment the already delicious filling.
