Roar Cafe - Nut & Seed Bread

Our delicious loaf is made with a blend of nuts, oats & seeds - we add a little salt and that's pretty much it!

The bread is high in protein and fibre and all ingredients are soaked to enhance their nutrition & digestion.

It makes the best toast in the world (we may be a little biased...) & is great with both sweet and savoury toppings.

The exact composition changes a little week to week (see ingredients in brackets) depending on what nuts & seeds we have in stock

Ingredients :
Seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, hemp) flax, chia
Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, macadamias)
Oats
Psyllium husk

Once home, please store in an airtight container for freshness.
