Pip's Hot Sauce - La Barbacoa Del Diablo

Its hot, its boozy it La Barbacoa del Diablo. based on a traditional deep south recipe we go that little bit extra with this sauce by adding LOTs of scotch bonnet chilli and LOADS of Bourbon. Tis is a BBQ sauce to remind you of the home land of BBQ sauces! Fantastic as a marinade or even as a dipping sauce its versatile, if you like it hot that is.
