Luxury Rum & Raisin Gelato made using the sweet, fresh, and unhomogenised cows milk from Pyle Farm dairy herd in Somerset.
Raisins are soaked in rum for at least a week, and then rippled through our cows milk gelato. A very boozy flavour!
