Oyster Mushrooms are a delicious addition to any recipe. They add flavour and depth and are a great meat substitute. Our oyster mushrooms are grown in Derbyshire on locally sourced straw and are harvested fresh on the day of delivery so you get the maximum flavour, texture and shelf life.

Our mixed variety pack will be a combination of Grey oyster, Yellow oyster and pink oyster, depending on what is ready to harvest on the day.
