Matthew's Preserved - Three Fruit Marmalade

Our Three Fruit Marmalade is made from the leftover peel of the Orange Chutney, with peel and fruit from grapefruits and lemons to give a sharp yet sweet tasting preserve. Nothing is wasted from any of the fruit as the seeds are even used to add additional pectin to ensure the marmalade sets.

Won a highly recommended in the Dalemain Marmalade Awards 2020.
