Matthew's Preserved - Spicy Pineapple Chutney

It combines the exotic taste of the Caribbean with spices of India. This smooth chutney packs flavour and punch as the heat comes through with each mouthful.

Can be eaten with a variety of cheeses and curry but is also versatile so it can be used as a marinade or added to sauces to really enhance the flavour.
