Macneil's Smokehouse - Smoked Salmon - Stock Pack Min 400G

This pack is for making incredible stock. It contains at least 2 skins and several pieces of salmon off-cuts that are not suitable for normal use but contain the same amazing flavour of our smoked salmon that you can create a normal fish stock or a creamy fish stock to add intense flavour to your dishes.

Our favourite is to infuse with cream and add this to smoked salmon Carbonara or add to a smoked salmon quiche. The stock can also be used in fish pie.

These offcuts are made from our award winning smoked salmon, completely hand produced. Smoked with beech wood for a mild smokey flavour.

Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance.
