Award winning smoked salmon, completely hand produced. Smoked with beech wood for a mild smokey flavour, "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. Perfect for starters, canapes, sandwiches or on it's own. 200g will provide four generous and delicious servings. This product can be frozen.
