Luisa's Vegan Chocolates - The Composition Collection

We're known for fine quality chocolate with a smooth mouthfeel. Building on this, the Composition Collection plays with high quality inclusions for glorious flavour pairings that also add textural delight. Ingredients of excellence are submerged into our thicker 50g bars, to create a bigger bar with enhanced flavour and interesting texture. On the nutty end of the spectrum, fine quality Italian Piemonte Hazelnuts are roasted to perfection, adding a luxurious crunch to our 75% Solomon Islands single origin dark chocolate & a double-hazelnut crunch to our Hazolate M*lk Chocolate. Meanwhile, on the fruity side, our Sicilian orange fruit is candied and intertwined in our 75% Solomon Islands bar, making for an outstanding pairing which has been showered in awards from both the Academy of Chocolate and the Guild of Fine Food.

This collection contains 3x 50g bars, including Whole Hazelnuts in Dark 75% Solomon Islands Chocolate, Hazelnut Crunch & Sicilian Orange with Solomon Islands 75% Dark Chocolate.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, unrefined sugar, cocoa butter, (Dark Hazelnuts & Hazelnut Crunch bars: hazelnuts), (Sicilian Orange bar: orange pieces (orange peel, glucose, sucrose, dextrose, orange natural flavour)).

Handcrafted from bean-to-bar by Luisa at her little chocolate makery in Nottingham.

Made in an environment that handles nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place. Best enjoyed within 9 months / 1 year for the Dark Hazelnut.
