Laurianne's Raw Cakes - Vanilla Chocolate Brownie

I know what you are thinking...this combo of flavours sounds amazing. Well, it is! This cake is a little bit like eating a very famous ice-cream brand (which now makes vegan ice-cream....you know the one) but without the guilt. Think creamy vanilla layer melting with a rich and chocolatey brownie based which has a slight salty after taste.

This Vanilla Cream & Chocolate Brownie cake only contains:
Almonds, Cacao powder, Cashew nuts, Coconut, Dates, Salt,Vanilla,Walnuts

All my cakes are dairy, eggs and refined sugar free. I do not use ingredients containing gluten.
