Lady Bay Pop up Cafe - Frozen Curry Meal Tray - Cashew Vegetables In A Creamy Poppyseed Sauce For 3 - Vegan

Baked vegetables, sweet potato, mushrooms, caramelised red onion, mange tout, in a creamy cashew poppyseed sauce.

Medium spiced curry dinners, that are made freshly and then frozen to lock in the flavour
Serve hot from the oven from the convenience of your home during the festive period (and pretend you made it all yourself !)

Cook this dish from frozen for quickness. Remove the film tray and place on a baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil.
Put on the middle or upper shelf of a preheated oven, approx 190C
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Add a couple of tablespoons of water half way through cooking and stir gently. It should be piping hot. If it needs a little longer bake for a few minutes more.

If you prefer to defrost your meal, then defrost overnight in your fridge. Transfer the food to a pan and heat till piping hot.
