John Muir Country Store Ltd - Arran Camembert- Award Winning

Arran Camembert is a semi soft cows milk cheese which is mould ripened for at least three weeks. When fresh, it is quite firm, but characteristically ripens and becomes softer, stronger and more viscous with age. Approx 170-200g. Freezes well.
