Grown in Suffolk, our gluten-free flaked quinoa is a great addition to muesli, makes a tasty protein rich porridge and can be used in place of oat or wheat flakes in sweet and savoury baking. Use it instead of cereal flakes in flapjacks, porridge and granola.

Mix it with other puffs, flakes nuts and frut to make muesli.

For porridge add 1 part flaked quinoa to 5 parts milk or milk alternative and simmer, stirring continuously, until it reaches the consistency you prefer (5 or 10 minutes)
