This is some Fancy Funkin’ Chutney. If you want to funk up some cheese and crackers like James Brown’s drummer, get on down to your nearest supplier and spread it thick. In all seriousness, this tangy dark chunky goodness is oh-so-good, it might just steal the spotlight from your best cheese. Usable in any chutney-related situation, but particularly good with melted cheese.
