6 x fresh King scallops cut fresh from the shell with the roe on. King scallops from Scotland are sweet, silky and delicious. These are ready to cook and colour beautifully when pan-fried. You can decide to keep the roe on or take it off, at the Fishery, we adore scallop roe so it's kept on when we cook these sweet scallops. You can also remove the roe and use it to make a sauce.
